The Gratitude (Vefa) Project met with our elders

We are shaping our Active Senior Living Centre plan by talking with our elders themselves. Because we owe them a debt of gratitude.

Those who made Tatlısu what it is are the ones whose hair has now turned white. Their hands built this town; now it is our turn. We started telling the Vefa (Gratitude) Project from the most honest place: by listening to our elders themselves.

The Active Senior Living Centre will not be a classic “pensioners' club”. We want our elders to live without breaking from social life — producing, chatting, smiling. The best ideas about the centre came, once again, from them.

With the Vefa Card and Vefa Line we make one more promise: in a moment of need, our elders will not call the municipality — the municipality will reach them. They built our yesterday; we will stand by their today.
