Managing this change while protecting the neighborhood's natural fabric is a priority for us. We will protect the values that exist and complete what is missing.

Sea Access Points
We will arrange the sea access points in the cove so that our people can use them comfortably. We aim to keep the neighborhood's shoreline accessible.
Nature Tourism and Walking Spots
We will strengthen Küçükerenköy's nature tourism potential. We will expand the walking spots and make the neighborhood explorable in harmony with nature.

Glass Terrace Viewpoints
We will bring Küçükerenköy glass terrace viewpoints overlooking the cove and the sea from above. These spots will become the neighborhood's new meeting places for both our residents and visitors.
A sea museum and a nature trail route
We will restore the historic church by the harbour and turn it into the Tatlısu Sea Museum. Telling the story of fishing equipment, maritime culture and the ancient traces along the shore, this boutique museum — together with a boutique café looking out over the sea — will become one of the area's new meeting places.
We will create a new nature trail route in the neighbourhood, connecting it with the glass terrace viewpoints and the access points to the sea.
Part of the Blue Corridor
The Küçükerenköy shore is part of Tatlısu's 22-kilometer coastline. Through the Blue Corridor project, we will integrate this shore with walking paths and event areas.
22 kilometers of coastline will be Tatlısu's shared treasure.
From Tourism to Value for the Local Economy
We will connect Küçükerenköy's tourism potential with the local economy. We want the value we create to return as earnings to the neighborhood's businesses and producers.
