Why Social Housing?
Many young people who grow up in Tatlısu are forced to build their futures elsewhere because they cannot access housing on affordable terms. This closely affects both our families and Tatlısu's future.
We want to change this picture. For our young people and families to be able to stay in Tatlısu, they first need access to housing on fair terms.
Strong Cooperation with the Central Government
In line with the social housing vision set out by our Prime Minister, we will deliver the Tatlısu Social Housing Project in the new term through strong cooperation with our central government.
We see this project not as the municipality's alone, but as the product of a joint effort with the central government.
We will bring the right project together with the right partner and the right resources.
What Is Our Goal?
With the Tatlısu Social Housing Project, we want:
- Our young people and families to access housing on affordable terms,
- To stay in Tatlısu,
- And to build their futures in their own hometown.
We see this not as a favor, but as one of the most fundamental investments in Tatlısu's future.
A Realistic Promise
We are not making our people an unrealistic promise. We will bring this project to life step by step, with the right resources and the right partnerships.
We will not settle for making promises; we will share the project's progress with our people.
We will protect what exists. We will complete what is lacking. We will bring to Tatlısu what it does not yet have.
The Tatlısu Social Housing Project will be a concrete reflection of this approach.
